I am currently a Master of Applied Data Science candidate at the School of Information at the University of Michigan, with a concentration in artificial intelligence. I am also an affiliate researcher at the University of Michigan’s Center for Ethics, Society, and Computing, an interdisciplinary center focused on the societal implications of emerging technologies.
I hold a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California, where I attended on full scholarship. At USC, I served as an assistant lecturer and later as a lecturer in the Writing Program. My training in historical analysis and analytic writing informs my research in artificial intelligence, particularly the study of how AI systems structure knowledge production, influence decision-making, and mediate human–machine collaboration in real-world contexts.
